A deposit of £100 to be paid to secure the booking.
All payments can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone, or banking online.
Full payment due 8 weeks before the booking plus a security bond of £100.
The bond will be credited back to your account once the cottage has been checked and cleaned.
The deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation:  Standard Policy
Up to 8 weeks before your stay a full refund less deposit. 

If for any reason the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before
your stay the full amount of the accommodation will be payable
